Southern Indiana Homeownership, Inc. is a not-for-profit 501 (c) 3 Community Housing Development Agency and a HUD Approved Housing Counseling Agency which provides affordable housing opportunities and homeownership education services for persons of low and moderate income in Knox and surrounding counties in Southwestern Indiana.
SIHI focuses on providing resources that foster personal financial independence and homeownership opportunities through education, engagement and empowerment. Our mission is to provide enhanced housing opportunities for persons of low and moderate incomes through products and services.
